Job summary

This is an exciting role in our very busy Employee Services Team. The Team provides high quality, timely and responsive HR transactional support for managers and staff across the organisation, of approximately 6,000 substantive employees.

Working as part of the Team, you will be responsible for the co-ordination and inputting of payroll details into our electronic HR and Payroll database.

Although we have a base in Thurmaston, which will be moving to Glenfield in the next 2-3 months, this post is primarily based at home and you will need to ensure you have an appropriate work area.

Main duties of the job

If you are organised, adaptable and able to work quickly and accurately while dealing with many ongoing activities and issues at the same time this could be the job for you.

You will have experience in delivering efficient, pro-active and customer focused services, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and can work in a fastpaced environment.

Experience of working within HR / Payroll would be advantageous.
