Job summary

It is an exciting time for Mental Health Services in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. We are rated as the most improved area in the Country after making many improvements to our services. This role is significant in moving towards an integrated care system approach and successful candidates will be trailblazing this new approach.

We are committed to a recovery and person-centred approach that focuses on helping individuals to identify their strengths and potential to maintain their own mental health and well-being. We are committed to support our Practitioners with learning development and career progression.

There are a number of training opportunities that we can offer including Non-medical prescribing and Decider skills. We provide time weekly for psychologically informed and profession specific supervision as well as a Trust-wide health and well-being offer.
