Job summary
We are looking for passionate, knowledgeable, dynamic OTs to join our growing OT provision in Child Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS), who have experience of working in mental health and interest / experience of supporting children and young people (and their families) with complex presentations and mental health needs.
Due to investment and expansion of services, we have exciting opportunities to expand the OT provision across new and existing teams within CAMHS. These are for four permanent community Band 7 posts, offering a range of hours from fulltime to part time across the following teams Community Outpatients, Intensive community support team (ICST) and Paediatric liaison team.

Main duties of the job
It is important that you feel confident in your clinical decision making, managing OT referrals and caseload, providing consultations, and working as part of multi-disciplinary team.
We are an OT team, that works across various specialist CAMHS teams. We come together as a team through regular OT team days and meetings which provide opportunity to learn, share skills, network and respond to local/ national service needs as a collective team.
Continued professional development is strongly valued and supported with regular OT led clinical supervision as well managerial supervisor provided by Team leaders. This along with the appraisal programme offers opportunity to achieve and identify ongoing training to support your OT practice and career progression.
Vehicle and Driving licence are important. The Trusts has access to two lease Car schemes if needed.
