We are recruiting for a number of positions at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust offering an excellent relocation package including flights to the UK and temporary accommodation.

We welcome applications from nurses who hold a Mental Health degree certification or general registered nurses who have experience in mental health nursing and have been working in a mental health setting.

An International Driving licence would be advantageous.

Main duties of the job

This role entails working towards taking responsibility for the day to day management of the Clinical areas/ward as required in support of the ward manager and deputies, including teaching, supervision of junior staff/students. In addition to working as part of a multi-disciplinary team (M.D.T) to develop person centred holistic care and maintaining individual's quality of life assessing them for appropriate community placements.

You will join as a Healthcare Support Worker (working towards a Band 5 Mental Health Registered Nurse). You will be provided with the necessary training and support to prepare and successfully complete your OSCE, this includes:

  • 6 week OSCE training programme - to help you successfully pass your OSCE
  • Transport to the relevant OSCE centre
  • OSCE test fee funded (limitations apply)
  • Full professional and pastoral support throughout your application process, OSCE and induction into the NHS
  • Fully paid VISA and flights to the UK (limitations apply)
  • 2 months accommodation provided and paid for successful candidates.
  • Onwards travel to Leicester arranged and paid for.
  • Welfare Pack Essential Foods and Store cupboard items
  • Pastoral Support & Buddy.

  • Clinical Mentor

  • Preceptorship Package.

  • Supervisions clinical, managerial, and restorative.
