West Leicestershire CMHT are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated HCSW to join the Community Planned Treatment Team based in Hinckley. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, positive, and willing to learn. Main duties of the job

  • Taking physical or psychological measurements from service users as delegated by the team
  • Supporting service users in maintaining their health and wellbeing
  • Undertaking specified and delegated clinical and therapeutic activities
  • Under the supervision of healthcare professionals assist the healthcare team with the planning, organising and provision of clinical care
  • Ensuring high standards are maintained in a safe environment, which promotes equality and sensitivity for all individuals
  • Assisting Registered Professionals in the implementation and evaluation of individualised care plans
  • Accurately recording patient information
  • Provide support and supervision to other colleagues and learners as appropriate
