Job summary
A unique opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic administrator to join the Trusts Learning and Development (L&D) department. L&D are a large trust wide service responsible for the training and education of over 6000 staff and over 1000 students and trainees each year, from pre-employment to employment through professional training and learning beyond registration.
The post holder will provide a high level, efficient, comprehensive and confidential Personal Assistant service to the Head of Education Training and Development and Director of Medical Education alongside supporting the wider services staff with administrative duties.
This role requires significant organisational skills, initiative, time management skills and personal credibility. It is essential that a Personal Assistant has the ability to provide an excellent, confidential and efficient service.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will require to be responsible for all aspects of personal assistant support, working to optimum levels in terms of efficiency and organisation. Have knowledge and experience of producing high quality reports within agreed deadlines, in addition to undertaking office duties including complex diary management and e-mail management, formal minute taking including board level.
The successful applicant will need to have excellent knowledge and experience of working as a Personal Assistant or equivalent and can demonstrated their ability to manage complex diaries, multiple meetings/events and ability to support wide range of staff/services.
