Job summary
The Workforce Information Team is looking for someone to join our team. We want someone with advanced Excel, QlikView skills and excellent attention to detail who can learn new systems and processes quickly. As a team we live by our Trust values of respect, integrity, compassion, and trust.
Main duties of the job
The role of the team is to provide information on the workforce at Leicestershire Partnership Trust. To do this we use multiple information systems including ESR, Healthroster, Bank Staff, uLearn (learning management and appraisals) plus other bespoke databases. We work closely with HR colleagues, finance, and operational managers to ensure we can provide information to support good decision making.
Some examples of the type of information we provide are given below:
- Sickness absence
- Turnover and vacancy rates
- Training compliance, appraisals, and supervision
- Staff survey results
- Productivity and rostering
- Temporary staffing usage
This role is ideal for people looking for a career in information or in Human Resources. You will be working in a small team of information analysts with regular interaction with colleagues across HR including recruitment, generalist HR, temporary staffing and learning and development.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of Excel and QlikView skill, experience of extracting, manipulating, and analysing complex data and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
