Exciting opportunity: As a Senior Clinical Administrator at LPT you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive administration service to a Consultant Psychiatrist in Outpatients within a mental health team which will include duties such as:
- Supporting a clinical team
- Supervision of admin team
- Managing workflow within team
- Managing referrals
- Telephone and written correspondence with patients
- Diary management
- Organising meetings
- Data inputting and creating spreadsheets.
- Other general administration duties

- Successful candidates will have:
- Experience of working as an administrative supervisor which includes supervising or line managing staff
- Experience of overseeing, planning and monitoring workflow for team and self
- Excellent IT and audio-typing skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to liaise with service users in a calm and compassionate manner
- To act on behalf of aligned Senior Manager or Consultant, within defined/ agreed parameters of delegated responsibility, to prioritise and escalate those matters which require his/her personal attention.
- The ability to work positively and proactively as part of the wider administrative and clinical teams
