Leicestershire Health Informatics Service has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a customer focused individual who has superb customer service skills, an excellent telephone manner and a desire to deliver the level of service our customers have grown to expect. The job market in the NHS is very competitive and the RA & IT Accounts Support Officer will have a key role in supporting our user base to provide a seamless, efficient, and effective journey with the onboarding and offboarding processes.
With a background in delivering excellent customer service, you will be a highly motivated, dynamic, trustworthy individual and have excellent organisation skills, be quick to learn and able to work under pressure and independently with minimal supervision.
This role will be based at Gwendolen House.
Main duties of the job
- The role includes all aspect of NHS Registration Authority Chip and Pin Smartcards.
- To ensure that requests for access to IT systems are co-ordinated in an organised, centralised way, in accordance with RA & Account Administration Team policy.
- The role will include the creation, maintenance, deletion, and queries of IT user accounts (NHSmail & Microsoft Exchange). Working in a dynamic and exciting team, you will have responsibility of providing IT System Access.
- Included within the role will be the requirement to travel frequently to many client sites within Leicestershire & Rutland, so access to personal transport is essential.
- To develop strong and productive relationships and networks within the directorate and wider organisation to support our user base.
- Ongoing Training will be provided
