The Learning Disability Crisis Response and Intensive
Support team provides support to people with Learning Disabilities who have
complex mental health and behavioural needs and are experiencing a period of
crisis.
Main duties of the job
The band 3 admin will support the practitioner with sending
letters, opening referrals and supporting with s1, taking minutes, uploading
documents, scanning, managing incoming and outgoing calls, and general office maintenance ie archiving, filing, shredding etc.

Essential
- Good general education up to GCSE level including English language grade C or above.
- RSA III typing/audio typing qualification or equivalent experience, or NVQ 3 in administration or is able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge and experience in delivering an efficient administrative service.
- Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Packages.
- Demonstrate knowledge of inputting and retrieving data accurately.
- Excellent keyboard skills.
- Demonstrate problem- solving skills using own judgement and initiative.
- Ability to organise, plan and prioritise own workload and that of others to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate professional and efficient telephone manner including the ability to take accurate and concise telephone messages.
- Demonstrate professional and efficient telephone manner including the ability to take accurate and concise telephone messages.
- Able to work under pressure and handle conflicting demands efficiently in a professional manner.
