Job summary
To provide a high standard Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy service to all patients.
To ensure clinical care delegated by the responsible clinician is consistently of a high standard and conforms to the treatment plan as documented by the clinician.
To apply appropriate skills and knowledge to facilitate appropriate decision making for the benifits of the patients.
Main duties of the job
To undertake appropriate assessments following written protocols To accept patients delegated by therapist and carry own patient caseload within agreed guidelines To work unsupervised with individuals or groups of patients, making minor alterations to treatment programmes according to protocols & reporting back patient progress and informing Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist of any relevant issues.
