Job summary
We are recruiting a number of Service Coordinators for our Single Point of Access (SPA) contact centre.
Our service operates 365 days a year, from 07:15 to 22:00. You will be expected to work a mixture of shifts with antisocial hours attracting enhancements.
You will be part of a dynamic team who are focused on delivering quality, patient-focused customer care.
Candidates will have excellent communication skills and the ability to deal effectively and sensitively with the complex range of calls taken.
Main duties of the job
The post involves coordinating and managing patients and professionals through defined pathways to enable patients to see the right person, at the right time and in the right place and aims to provide a central point for all referrals/information/advice and signposting for Community Health Services for Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.
