Job summary

In Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland (LLR) an organisation was created for planning and delivering health and care for our population of 1.1m people; the Integrated Care Board (ICB). As part of this commitment there are a significant number of digital transformations that positively impact all of the health and care partners creating capacity to support health and care partners in the up front analysis, strategy development and management of the digital aspects of the transformation programme of work.

A Digital Innovation and Transformation Team (DITT) has been created to undertake this work in LLR and comprises of a team of IT specialist roles. The roles in the DITT will work across partner organisations of the ICS, focusing on Data Analysis, Product and Delivery, Technical Architecture and Security, User-Centric Design and Business Support.

If you have the passion and technical skills in Business and Benefits Analysis support working across a range of disciplines, then this role is for you.

Main duties of the job

Ideally you will have an existing track record of working in digital transformation or digital innovation working preferably within the health and care sector in the UK.You should have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to design the methodology for data collection and critically analyse complex information.You should also be an excellent communicator, with the ability to present to a range of audiences and have strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills. You will need to have the ability to create UAT test plans according to standards, support proof of concepts, manage risk and issues through standard tracking mechanisms, monitor budgets and map business processes.

This role will be subject to hybrid working, the base is in Leicester but a level of home working and on-site meetings within LLR will be required where necessary.

  • Educated to degree level in relevant subject or equivalent level of experience of working at a similar level in specialist area
