We are seeking a dynamic and creative Staff Engagement Lead to join our award-winning communications team. Main duties of the job
As a senior member of the Communications Team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the national NHS Staff Survey (NSS), and quarterly pulse surveys conducted across the Trust. This will include procuring and managing the relationship with our provider(s), co-ordinating the delivery and communication of the surveys, data analysis and communicating results around the Trust. This will also include presenting to senior level groups including Trust Board, Senior Leadership Team and Directorate Management Teams and supporting local managers to understand their staff survey feedback.
You will also work closely with key internal stakeholders to coordinate staff engagement activity and priorities including HR, OD, Equalities Team, Staff Networks, Freedom to Speak up guardians and link with our Trustwide culture change programme and wide network of change leaders.
The NHS Staff Survey is currently coming to a close so we'll need you to help us share the results in a clear way and support our directorate management teams to ensure improvement plans are in place where needed, as well as sharing the great stuff and how we learn from it and build on it to keep improving.
