Are you passionate about making a difference and helping people thrive? We're on the lookout for a motivated, experienced Organisational Development Practitioner to join our small, friendly team. You will develop, deliver and embed organisational behavioural and change programmes that align with our Trust's goals and values.
Main duties of the job
- Support the Head of Organisational Development and Business Partnering with annual goals.
- Contribute to our People and Organisational Development plans to boost performance and effectiveness.
- Help leaders develop strategies for performance improvement, engagement, and change management.
- Work with different teams to identify and address OD needs with tailored support.
- Offer professional consultancy to promote teamwork, improve performance, and engagement.
- Lead and manage a variety of projects related to organisational development and learning.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate learning and development workshops and team-building activities.
- Stay updated with the latest in organisational development and bring in best practices from other organisations.
- Promote a continuous improvement mindset and a positive approach to our OD services.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure effective organisational learning.
- Lead the implementation of OD-related development, including leadership talent management and succession planning.
- Develop leadership skills across the organisation through various training methods.
- Work with HR Business Partners and the Learning & Development team to ensure consistent OD approaches.
