Main duties of the job
Your RoleAs a Psychological Therapy Group Practitioner, you will:
Deliver Specialist Therapy: Provide group-based therapeutic interventions in the DTC and DBT Skills Groups, using your expertise to support individuals on their path to recovery.Collaborate in a Multidisciplinary Team: Work alongside clinical staff and service user consultants to uphold therapeutic integrity, ensuring service users receive the highest standard of care.Train and Mentor Clinicians: Share your expertise through teaching and mentoring other professionals, promoting best practices in working with individuals with complex emotional needs.Partner with Lived Experience Colleagues: Collaborate with service user consultants, integrating their unique insights to enhance service delivery.Develop and Promote Services: Play an active role in refining and advancing the DTC and DBT services while building relationships with external stakeholders to increase awareness and access.
