We are delighted to be advertising our new Corporate Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship! This is an exciting opportunity to join Corporate Services in Pennine Care and learn the skills and knowledge to grow in an NHS administration career. Our administrators provide an essential role within our teams ensuring processes are followed records are kept accurately, you are often the first point of contact for a team so a positive attitude is essential as you will be communicating with people face to face, via telephone, online messaging, and email. This is an opportunity to gain experience within four different areas of corporate services, as you will rotate between Education, Finance, Information Governance and Pharmacy, alongside this you will complete a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship, providing an excellent foundation for working in our organisation. Main duties of the job

This role is a rotational position, to develop competencies required to fulfil all responsibilities necessary to provide high quality customer service and administrative support ensuring that standards are maintained in line with the Trust's policies and procedures.The apprenticeship will be undertaken in collaboration with a training provider and includes both classroom sessions as well as work-based assessment within the work environment. Apprentices complete a portfolio of evidence to demonstrate their learning and skills in practice in line with the apprenticeship standards.The apprenticeship will involve rotation around multiple corporate departments.
