The Head of Organisational Development and Business Partnering will lead our Organisational Development team and HR Business Partnering team and will be responsible for a range of strategic priorities to support the ongoing improvement of our organisation and the experience of our workforce, this will include improving the employee experience, developing strategies to improve the health and well being of our colleague and supporting the development of innovative and inclusive recruitment and retention strategies.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate with work with a number of key internal and external stakeholders to design and develop innovative strategic workstreams to improve our performance.
This is an exciting time to join the Trust as we develop our workforce priorities for the next 3-5 years through ongoing and meaningful engagement with our workforce and the Head of Organisational Development is key to supporting the translation of strategic objectives into real changes at a local level.
Educated to Masters level or above, or with demonstrable equivalent experience in HR/OD, you will currently hold a senior management experience within a complex organisation. You will have a deep understanding of the health care and wider health and social care environment.

- Evidence of success in leading and implementing transformational change within a large and complex division, including service and workforce redesign.
- Substantial experience of delivering strategic objectives for a diverse and complex Department
