This is an exciting internal opportunity for an expression of interest for any individual with existing managerial experience.
The Oldham CMHT offers a comprehensive range of mental health specialities within one multi-disciplinary team.
The team manager will provide clinical and managerial leadership for the Team working closely alongside colleagues from the rest of CMHT. You will manage the operational requirements of the service and have clear aims for the teams development and be able to achieve targets and goals set. You must have a sound clinical knowledge and experience of working in a Secondary mental health care setting, you must be able to use your leadership skills to develop and promote a strong culture of quality, safety, and learning. You will manage a budget in liaison with the Service Manager. Conduct Clinical Supervision of a multi-disciplinary team, along with IPDRs. Maintain personnel records on ESR. To allocate work, to ensure effective performance, and implement the service working procedures as well as managerial and professional policies.
The post holder will develop a culture within services that facilitates excellence through integration and person centred, multi-disciplinary care. The post holder will ensure the delivery of high-quality services to service users, carers, and staff, including management of health and social care standards and risk. You will make a full contribution to achieving truly integrated services and key work
programmes will include measurable improvements in patient/service user experience, safety, effectiveness, and productivity.
