Pennine Care is committed to improving services for people with Personality Disorder in line with the GM model for treatment of personality disorder and the National Community Mental Health Framework.
Recently mobilised service has been developed allied to the adult CMHT transformation to bring a more psychological approach to treatment and care. This service supports individuals across the Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale Footprint.IT is an exciting time to join an innovative team who have a shared vision to support those with Complex, emotional and relational needs.
Main duties of the job
You will work as a member of the HMR SCM Hub providing 1-1 and group interventions to service users on the Structured Clinical Management (SCM) Pathway under the supervision of the Consultant Clinical Psychologist. You will provide case management and support to people engaged with the SCM programme with relatively stable but complex presentations.
