Job summary

We are seeking an experienced leader with a background in managing diverse teams at a senior level to join our leadership group. This is a management role with responsibility for overseeing a defined portfolio within the Children, Young People, and Families Directorate to include CAMHS, The Community Eating Disorder Service and The Beacon.

The post holder will be located at the Douglas House and Brookside site in Cambridge and will lead and develop dynamic and committed teams which will contribute to shaping services for children families and young people. The role involves seeing safe, high-quality care, governance and performance to improve service user experience across each service.

Main duties of the job

The role involves overseeing and directing a portfolio of CYPF services within Cambridgeshire, ensuring the provision of safe, effective, and high-quality service delivery. This must be achieved within allocated resources and aligned with Trust objectives.

The post holder will provide leadership and expertise to deliver services within an agreed service model, working with other Service Managers, service users and carers, and other stakeholders, maintaining effective working relationships within the teams and Directorate.
