Job summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Medical Services Team. This role involves ensuring that the Medical Service Team continue to provide a comprehensive medical human resources services for all grades of medical staff. You will work in partnership with the HR team as well as other key stakeholders to achieve both Trust and national objectives. You will lead the team in relation to investing in the lifelong learning and development of our medical staff.
The Medical Services Team is part of the Trust's People Services Directorate. We provide a wide range of services to the Medical Workforce across CPFT and via an SLA to another NHS Provider Trust.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will support the Medical Workforce Lead on delivering the Medical Workforce agenda. The post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of an efficient and customer focussed Medical Workforce service, including Medical Education. Additionally, work to ensure the often conflicting and changing priorities are managed effectively, to support excellence in service delivery and provide a comprehensive and effective medical human resources service the Trust, Partner organisations and stakeholders.

To ensure the Trust has a robust process in place to ensure the implementation of any new legislation, NHS/DHSC initiatives and changes to terms and conditions for medical and dental staff takes place.
