We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated full-time administrator, to provide administrative support for Primary Care Mental Health Service Countywide based at Huntingdon / Peterborough.
The post involves data inputting of patient referrals from GP's Countywide using ERS / SystmOne. Once referrals are received, they will be added to clinical triage lists, face to face and telephone contact with patients and clinical staff from GP Surgeries, internal / external agencies, forwarding letters and emails, and providing other general administration duties to support the Countywide clinical team. Within PCMHS we have 3 sub teams who we also offer a full complement of administration staff to support daily.

Main duties of the job
As part of the admin team within PCMHS you will be able to utilise all office skills and knowledge.
The post holder will provide a comprehensive administrative service within their team.
Word processing of all forms of correspondence, reports and summaries that are required by the team.
Undertake diary management for clinicians and/or managers, as required.
Organise clinics and associated appointments for clinics, using appropriate brought forward systems to manage work.
Provide operational support to colleagues, and supervision of Band 2 administration staff within the team, if required, as directed by Line Manager.
Attending various Team meetings, distributing agendas, together with taking minutes and distributing to internal / external agencies.
