We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Administrator, to provide administrative support for the Personality Disorder Community Service (PDCS), Relational & Emotional Difficulties Service (REDS) and Psychological Skills Service (PSS) based in Peterborough.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will be required to provide a comprehensive administrative service supporting the existing team of administrators, as well as a range of clinical staff. Duties will includebooking appointments for clinicians and dealing with patients over the telephone, processing referrals, maintaining waiting lists, typing of minutes, and formatting letters, as well as other general administrative duties.
We are looking for someone with strong administrative skills including good IT capabilities and knowledge of Microsoft Teams. You will also have excellent communication skills, including experience of dealing with difficult and sometimes upsetting calls and discussions. We have a large supportive team and require someone who has experience of working in a busy office / clinical setting.
Our team is based in Peterborough, but the post holder may be required to travel very occasionally to our other sites at Cambridge, Huntingdon and Wisbech.
