Part time 30 hours per week.

Base in either Fulbourn, Huntingdon or Peterborough.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join our Team, in the role of HR Business Partner. The role will be working to support the delivery of a high quality strategic and operational people management service.
The post holder will work with the Trusts directorates, in an HR Business Partnering model, working with managers and senior leaders across the Trust to support them in achieving the Trusts strategic ambitions. Also providing practical advice on all aspects of HR work, including employee relations issues, organisational change, TUPE etc.
The post holder will also have line management responsibility for a Human Resources Advisor(s).
The role is varied, and no two days are the same, representing the HR Operational Team at regular business and performance meetings including the interpretation of data and trends as required.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching and negotiating skills and the ability to work as an autonomous practitioner are essential to working in the role. The team work on a hybrid basis and we are happy to consider options for flexible working to support your work life balance.

- To work in partnership with Service Directors and Senior Managers to provide professional customer-focused HR advice and HR solutions that support the business needs.
- To identify and manage workforce issues and major change programmes.
- To support the development, integration and implementation of corporate HR policy and practice
