The service supports working-age adults who have moderate to severe affective and psychotic disorders. The teams offer support in a number of ways, drawing from the expertise of such a variety of disciplines.

Main duties of the job
You will be involved in the delivery of care-coordination to a specified caseload operating under the CPA framework , a daily duty service, ongoing risk management, care planning, support around benefits and housing, carers' assessments, physical health care and a wide variety of therapeutic interventions for which you can access training and supervision . You will also be involved in ensuring that the service is a positive learning environment for students from various disciplines.
