Job summary

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced Service Manager to lead and manage service delivery of the YOUnited Partnership services within Cambridgeshire and Peterborough and the Cambridgeshire Child and Adolescent Substance Use Service (CASUS) ; delivering safe and effective high-quality services, within the available resources, to achieve Trust targets.

The post holder will provide leadership and expertise to deliver services within an agreed service model, working with other service managers, service users and carers, and other stakeholders, maintaining effective working relationships within the teams and directorate.

The ideal candidate will have an ability to work flexibility using their initiative and should possess excellent communication skills and be confident to liaise with partners and other professionals both strategically and operationally.

You may be a senior clinical professional or have experience in delivering service in social care, education or emotional wellbeing and mental health services. This could be in statutory, NHS or third sector settings.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will work to establish and sustain effective multi-disciplinary working within and across the partnership organisations' teams and develop effective local pathways with key stakeholders.
