Job summary

CAMEO is an award-winning CPFT Early Intervention service offering assessment, treatment and support to people aged 14 - 65 years who are experiencing symptoms of psychosis for the first time.

Due to substantial investment in our service we are delighted to be embarking upon a very significant service expansion which will see us more fully meet national targets and provide first-class NICE adherent quality of care.

CAMEO Service operates across our Foundation Trust via two established bases in Cambridge and Peterborough. This post will be located in the vibrant and culturally diverse city of Peterborough .

Main duties of the job

Oversight of caseload care coordination, ensure delivery of expert clinical assessment and individualized specialist treatment interventions as part of a service user's overall multi-disciplinary team care plan as well as contributing to shaping the strategic direction of the service.

CAMEO recognises the aim of individualised work to promote self awareness, independence, confidence and hope within the service users own unique recovery journey.

You will have experience of leadership & will have worked within a mental health community setting, preferably with EI. . It is essential to have an interest in psychosis .

You will have a range of leadership and clinical skills & tasks including confidence at chairing large meetings, ensuring robust governance arrangements, contributing to service KPI's, audit activity, delivery of supervision, staff appraisals, clinical development of staff, oversight of team clinical practice, lead role in support of students etc.
