This permanent posts is eligible for a £1500 New Hire Bonus. An initial payment of £500 will be paid in the first 1 month and a final payment of £1000 will be paid 1 year after your start date. This will be pro-rata for part-time posts. Internal applicants are not eligible.
We are seeking to recruit a Service Manager to manage the Paediatric Therapy service within Peterborough, delivering safe and effective high-quality services, leading on service transformation and redesign.

We have a strong multidisciplinary team for complex health needs (therapy services, community paediatrics, paediatric psychology, children in care team, community children's nursing, neurodisability specialist nursing, specialist family support and dietetics), alongside individual teams with a strong professional identity.
The trust operates a hybrid working model to accommodate both home working and office-based approaches.

Main duties of the job
To lead and manage service delivery of Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy and Physiotherapy within Peterborough, delivering safe and effective high-quality services.
The post holder will provide compassionate leadership and expertise to deliver services working alongside Service Managers, service users and carers, and other stakeholders, maintaining effective working relationships within the teams and Directorate
The post holder will work to establish and sustain effective multi-disciplinary working within and across teams and develop effective local partnerships with key stakeholders.
The ideal candidates will have an ability to work flexibility using their initiative and should possess excellent communication skills and be confident to liaise with partners and other professionals both strategically and operationally.
