1 x 22.5 hours per week & 1 x 20 hours per week
We are currently looking to recruit 2 enthusiastic and motivated Counsellor Practitioners to join our Paediatric Haematology and Oncology Service and our NICU service, based at Addenbrooke's Hospital.
This is an excellent opportunity to practice counselling in an acute setting requiring a dynamic application of counselling theory and practice.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will offer support to parents on the wards and within the outpatient department as well as linking closely with the wider multi-disciplinary team in each setting.
They will need to be flexible and be able to offer support on an immediate basis as well as offering counselling sessions.
