Job summary
The Corporate Nursing division is the office of the Chief Nurse, providing professional leadership and standards of practice to over 4,000 nurses, midwives, nursing associates and healthcare assistants within UCLH Trust. The division consists of the Nursing & Midwifery Workforce Team, Nursing Education Team, Harm Free Care Team, the PERRT team, PALs, Patient Affairs, Volunteers, and Chaplaincy.

Main duties of the job
The Nursing & Midwifery Workforce team in UCLH is seeking to appoint an experienced Recruitment & Retention Nurse with outstanding leadership skills and a passion for staff development and workforce planning. You will have a central role in supporting the delivery of excellence in healthcare by ensuring we attract and retain nurses to support having the right number of staff, with the right skills, values and behaviours at the right time and in the right place (NHS 2013, NQB 2016)
You will be an integral part of the Nursing & Midwifery workforce team, supporting our current strategy to develop and implement innovative approaches to nurse recruitment and retention, ensuring our organisation remains an employer of choice.
