Job summary

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, flexible, and self-motivated individual with previous staff management experience to work as part of the Radiology management team in this busy Radiology department.

The ideal candidate is expected to be proactive, driven and highly motivated to succeed as we encourage an increase of private patient footfall through the Imaging Division. They will be expected to effectively manage consultant relationships and provide a patient-focused service to support the division to ensure a positive private patient experience is consistently delivered.

As part of the remit of this role, you will be expected to manage a team of Receptionists and Coordinators at UCH. You will need to develop working knowledge of all the pathways and workflows that underpin the service delivery in the areas that you cover. Experience in handling urgent escalation is essential as is the ability to work under pressure in a calm and collaborative manner. You will also need to develop strong working relationships with key stakeholder and engage with them to improve services and help the department achieve various national targets.
