Job summary

Join UCLH as a Senior Operations Support Officer and play a key role in delivering high-quality administrative and operational support across our dynamic research directorate.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a sharp eye for detail, and enjoys solving problems to keep services running smoothly.

Main duties of the job

You'll be responsible for supporting key operational functions for the JRO operations team, BRC team and commercial research team --coordinating office logistics, managing schedules and resources, and ensuring compliance with organisational procedures.

You'll need excellent communication, organisation, and IT skills, with the confidence to work independently while collaborating closely with colleagues across teams.
