Main duties of the job

o Manage the day-to-day operations of The Lighthouse, ensuring efficiency and high standards of patient care.o Lead and support non-clinical teams to provide high-quality administrative services.o Monitor and report on patient care, ensuring compliance with national and local targets.o Drive service improvement initiatives, including Quality, Efficiency & Productivity Programme, CQUIN targets, and National Health programmes.o Support performance targets in activity, governance, workforce, and other key areas.o Work closely with Clinical Leads to provide strategic leadership and direction for service improvement.o Oversee patient complaints investigations, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.o Manage financial budgets, identify cost-saving measures, and explore revenue generation opportunities.o Represent the Division at meetings, ensuring key outcomes are communicated effectively.o Deputise for the Operations Manager where required.
