Job summary

Candidates are invited to apply for a full-time fixed term one-year position working in our Nuclear Medicine department, for 40 hours per week. The focus of the role(s) will be to support the diagnostic and therapy service of the department.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will be fully supported by a thriving and friendly Nuclear Medicine department and will be encouraged to take forward academic developments with new technology in the speciality.

All candidates must have GMC registration. Essential qualifications for this post include MBBS (or equivalent), and previous training in Nuclear Medicine.

Essential

  • Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC)
  • Non-UK trained doctors must be on the GMC register and appropriate specialist register by date of interview

Experience

  • Experience in Nuclear Medicine appropriate for ST3 level of training
