Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Women's Health reproductive medicine unit to join our team based in out- patients.

We are inviting applications from experienced, enthusiastic, motivated registered nurses.

The successful candidate will have a significant interest in reproductive medicine, Endocrine & Menopause and Andrology .

This is a great opportunity for the right person. The post-holder will be encouraged to develop under the guidance of current CNS and medical teams.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will have excellent interpersonal skills, and an organised mind. Knowledge, skills, and some experience relevant to the specialty is essential and we will provide on the Job training in all areas of reproductive medicine unit .

Essential

  • Registered Nurse Part 1, 2 or relevant section of the register
  • BSc or working towards completion of a degree
  • Post registration qualification experience in Fertility or Gynaecology.

Desirable

  • Academic NMC recognised Teaching qualification or equivalent
  • Leadership course
  • Mentorship course
  • Research qualification
  • Level 2 psychological skills training
  • Advance Communications Skills Training

  • Experience of multi-professional working.
  • Experience within Fertility/ Gynaecology
