Consultant Dermatologist with a Special Interest in Vulval Dermatology

University College London Hospital is inviting applications for the post of a consultant Dermatologist (8 PAs) with an interest in vulval dermatology and is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Dermatologist to join our well established team.

Main duties of the job

The post is based at University College Hospital where there is a dedicated dermatology outpatient department including full surgical facilities.

All candidates must be on the Specialist Register with the GMC or be within 6 months of obtaining their CCT at the time of interview.

Interviews are expected to take place week commencing May 6th, 2024.

Essential

  • Full GMC registration.
  • Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP) or equivalent
  • Entry on the GMC specialist register or within 6 months of attainment of CCT in dermatology

Clinical Experience

Essential

  • Comprehensive clinical training in General Medical conditions

Clinical Skills

Essential

  • Comprehensive specialist clinical training in general dermatology diagnostic and treatments
  • Comprehensive training in vulval dermatology
  • Comprehensive training in suspected skin cancer clinics
  • Comprehensive training in managing acute dermatological conditions

Desirable

  • Fellowship in vulval disease
