HR Business Partner

12 months Fixed term / secondment until the end of April 2025

Specialist Hospital board is seeking an experienced, pro-active HR Business Partner who can deliver strategic workforce support to the Royal National ENT and Eastman Dental Hospitals clinical division. This role will form a key member of the divisional leadership teams, led by a Divisional Manager and Divisional Clinical Director.

The new Royal National ENT and Eastman Hospitals treats conditions affecting the ear, nose, throat and mouth including dental, hearing, speech and balance services. Bringing the Royal National Throat Nose and Ear Hospital and the Eastman Dental Hospital together in a new state-of-the-art building means we have created one of the largest specialist centres for the treatment of conditions relating to the head and neck, including dental, ear, nose and throat (ENT), and hearing speech and balance.

Main duties of the job

Confident working at a senior level with a range of clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, you will quickly build trust and develop excellent working relationships in the clinical division and corporately with the wider workforce directorate.

The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified and proven experience as a HR Business Partner. Your experience will include delivery on staff experience and engagement, complex organisational change, complex HR casework including advising on medical and dental matters, workforce planning and strategy.

  • Masters Level or equivalent knowledge acquired by experience
