We are looking for an apprentice to join the Voluntary Services Department, which oversees volunteering across the UCLH Trust.
We are looking for applicants who are motivated, have good communication skills and have the ability to work on their own and as part of a team. This is an 18 month fixed term contract whereby you will be working towards an apprenticeship qualification in Business and Administration Level 3.
Applicants must not be in any other form of education, or have completed a course in the same subject at level 3 or higher.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for an apprentice to join the Voluntary Services Department, which oversees volunteering across the UCLH Trust. Supporting the work of the team, this role would be a great way of gaining diverse experience within the NHS, including:
- Office based administration
- Customer services
- Recruitment management and systems
- Supporting clinical and non-clinical areas of the hospital
- Running services for patients
- The diverse sites and teams that make up UCLH
- Volunteer management
- Running selection events, inductions and training
