Job summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join the finance team of a leading acute trust in a critical role.

We are looking for a finance professional to join the Trust's Productivity team. Responsible to the Productivity Finance Lead, you will work in partnership with our Clinical Boards and other corporate services around the in-year reporting of productivity and the ongoing identification and delivery of financial Improvement.

Main duties of the job

You will lead on the accurate reporting of UCLH productivity with robust underpinning analysis of the reported position and will ensure that effective control mechanisms are in place to support the complete and accurate reporting of the Trust position. You will actively support the Trust planning processes and will work with Clinical Boards / Divisions to ensure a rigorous and disciplined approach to the way we identify, report and build on progress on our improved value schemes.

In doing this, you will be supported by an experienced team within finance working in a friendly environment. UCLH offers a range of training opportunities to support staff development.
