Rehabilitation Assistant – Rotational

Job summary

We are currently looking for a generic rehabilitation assistant to join a well-established multidisciplinary team within Therapy and Rehabilitation Services at The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery (NHNN) in Central London

We are looking for people with initiative, organisational abilities and a mature approach who can work under the supervision of the multi-disciplinary rehabilitation team. You must be enthusiastic about assisting people of differing abilities and willing to help patient to undertake a range of practical aspects of personal and daily life

Main duties of the job

To provide both clinical and administrative support to the Allied Health Professional staff within areas of the service. These posts are rotational within the following care teams.

  • Neurorehabilitation Unit
  • Stroke services
  • Neuropsychiatry
  • Neuromedical
  • Neurosurgery
  • Critical care
