- Upper GI surgery
- HPB Medicine
- Intestinal failure
- Specialist Nutrition

As a experienced Registered Nurse you will be responsible for supporting your Manager in ensuring that our service users' needs are met through the delivery of high-quality care. As a centre of excellence, you will offer a person-centred approach to their independence and well-being.

Main duties of the job
Successful applicants will NMC registered nurses will uphold the Trust Values at all times and are proud to maintain high standards of nursing care when carrying out nursing procedures on the inpatient GI wards.
You will be responsible for the ensuring patient care is safe and carried out accordance with Trust policies/guidelines in line with the NMC code of conduct. UCLH has a fully integrated Electronic Health Record System (EPIC). All staff, including nurses, use this and are expected to always maintain a high standard of documentation.
About us
Within GI services at UCLH we have 4 GI inpatient wards to cover both elective and non-elective GI admissions. Our 4 sister wards are a tight knit team and work well together.
We are particularly looking for qualified nurses with ward experience for the B6 position and for experienced nurses wanting to specialise in GI we have our Qualification in Specialty (QiS) university accredited programme.
