An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, motivated band 6 nurse/ODP to join the Operating Department at UCLH at Westmoreland Street. The hospital is located in one of the most attractive areas of the West End, close to Oxford Street, and the popular area of Marylebone.
You will be able to demonstrate the ability and desire to lead a multidisciplinary team, to develop skills in new and innovative procedures, and be competent in basic IT applications. Also a level of experience will be expected that would allow you to support and mentor junior members of staff and students as well as work independently in sometimes stressful situations. We can offer experience and skills development in anaesthetic practice in Urology, Thoracics, and Robotic surgery, with the support of a dedicated Senior Clinical Practice Facilitator.
Main duties of the job
