Reporting to the Assistant Chief Nurse Education you will deliver on a range of nursing apprenticeship responsibilities across the Trust, and support healthcare assistant development.
Main duties of the job
Taking a key role in the corporate nursing education team, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurse educators, ensuring learners on nursing apprenticeships are supported in practice, and healthcare assistants are supported to develop.
This role is pivotal to supporting our nursing apprentices, enhancing our nursing workforce and delivering our values to continuously deliver excellent patient care and experience
