The Digital Learning Lead is accountable for all future developments of education by creating and enhancing blended learning to create a modern and exciting educational curriculum.
The successful candidate will have high level influencing and negotiating skills, building strong relationships with stakeholders. You will know how to motivate and lead a team. You must be innovative, creative and have a proactive approach to problem solving.
You will have experience being flexible and adaptable in a fast-moving environment, managing your workload and expected deadlines.
You will take pride in your work and will be a role-model for civility in the workplace
Main duties of the job
- Lead and identify potential enhancements to the e-Learning / blended learning host platform to improve effectiveness and user satisfaction.
- Support SMEs to develop new courses and design new interactive elements for an ever- growing catalogue of clinical education programmes.
- Implement the Trust's Digital and Blended Learning Strategy that will be integrated with the wider Education strategy for both the clinical and non-clinical workforce of the LAS.
- Responsible for the planning of the short to medium-term eLearning integrating with the face-to-face and virtual elements, and providing flexibility to meet the Trust's resourcing and operational needs.

- The post holder will be accountable for designing, developing, evaluating and reporting on a broad range of digital learning opportunities as part of the Clinical Education and Standards (CE&S) departments blended learning approach,
- Lead on adjustments to plans or strategies to ensure it reflects the needs of the Trust whilst taking account of the learning and development needs of all staff and ensuring equal access across the organisation. The post holder will further the London Ambulance Services education provision by leading and collaborating with relevant leads in the implementation of digital and blended learning training opportunities for staff across the Trust.

- Managing the Digital Co-ordinator team, providing leadership, support, guidance and direction ensuring efficient and timely management of all ongoing projects.
