Job description

Job responsibilities

Cumbria Villa was opened in October 2024 in the context of the closure of some externally contracted beds and beds on existing wards. It is a modern facility designed to manage patients towards the end of their in-patient admissions whose needs are primarily social and therapeutic and those who are awaiting placements but whose needs are too complex for them to be managed in the community but no longer need an acute admission ward. More details about the service are provided in the clinical model which is available later in the document. Alongside the wards, the Enfield Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team holds a caseload between on average 30 - 40 clients and works closely with the inpatient team as part of their role as gatekeepers for hospital admissions.
