Job summary

Working as part of the Property teamwithin the Estates and Facilities Department the post holder will be responsible for:-
- managing all aspects of occupancy and space utilisation for the Trust across its portfolio including; the maintenance of space utilisation and occupancy data to assist in forward plans and estate strategy development.
- key in space related cost reduction and will support the Property team and the Trust in the strategic management of the Trust's estate and on all space occupancy and cost of space matters for the Trust's portfolio.
Working closely with clinical and non-clinical leads, the post holder will manage and implement departmental space requests arising from commissioning or divisional service strategies.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for managing all aspects of space utilisation and occupancy across the Trust including the maintenance of space utilisation and occupancy data, managing space requests from clinical and non-clinical services and delivering property and accommodation solutions to meet these requests.

In order to meet the needs of the Trust you may be required from time to time to work at different locations to your normal place of work. This may mean that you are required to work at any location that fall under Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey or Islington. The Trust reserves the right to require staff to work at such other places or locations as it considers reasonable and necessary on a temporary or permanent basis.
