Job summary
An exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Occupational Therapist who wishes to develop a wide range of specialist skills with patients in the community. We are looking for a creative, friendly and enthusiastic OT to join our new rotation. The services are located near Enfield Town, with easy commuter links from central London/Hertfordshire.
We are a friendly, supportive, growing OT community who report high levels of job satisfaction. We offer professionally led services, a B6 developmental training programme, in-service team training, effective supervision and external training opportunities through the Trust.
There is a maximum of £6,500 contribution towards relocation fees for new staff moving to work for the Trust.
Main duties of the job
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Enfield Rapid Access Services.We would love to hear from you if you have an interest in acute community care and want to work with a supportive integrated multi-professional community MDT.
This role is part of the ageing well strategy in Enfield. Your job will be to provide assessments and interventions to a designated caseload of clients within the London Borough of Enfield. You will work alongside our MDT and with multi-agency partners,on integrated pathways of: - rapid response; discharge to assess and virtual ward
This role includes participating in service development and in-service training provision.
A car driver/owner is essential for this role
