Job summary
We are delighted to offer 5 (five) Band 5 positions for our exciting Trailblazer Team (Mental Health Support Team). This team works hand in hand with schools to provide work to enhance wellbeing and resilience, mental health education and training. We are looking for people trained as Children and Wellbeing Practitioners (CWP) to join the team (3 posts) and as Emotional Well-Being Practitioner (2post)
Main duties of the job
You will need to be enthusiastic about mental health and education, have some experience of helping young people with mental health difficulties, and ideally experience of the education system. We offer a fun and supportive working environment and take the wellbeing and development of our staff very seriously. We welcome those people who are keen to help develop our service and at the same time develop new skills and have had some great success promoting from within the team recently.
