Job summary
Magnolia unit is currently recruiting into 3 x vacant registered nursing posts. We are looking for highly motivated individuals to work as part of the multidisciplinary team in a 34 bedded neuro and general rehabilitation in patient setting. Candidates must be flexible, dedicated, enthusiastic and demonstrate sound clinical knowledge and skills. They should be willing to learn, passionate and committed to being part of the team improving service delivery plus excellent nursing standards
Main duties of the job
Providing clinical and nursing to patients
Maintaining patient safety
Record keeping
Effective communication including reports
Medication management
Being part of the multidisciplinary team
Effective discharge planning
Involvement in risk assessment
Supporting learners and junior staff in their learning
